Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager will be working across the west midlands in multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, industrial, education, student accommodation, hotels, retail, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
As a Associate
Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:
- Cost Planning
- Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
- Benchmarking
- Cost management
- Tender management
- Financial reporting
- Budget management
- Procurement advice
Person
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Manager, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and cost management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Relevant professional qualifications and membership of a recognised institution (e.g., RICS) are desirable.
