Senior Project Manager with the relevant level of experience seeking the next stage of their career will also be considered for the role of Associate Director.

The successful Associate Director
will have the option to work on some of the region’s most prestigious projects, across a variety of sectors including; data centres, healthcare, life sciences, leisure, heritage and arts, public sector and local authority, regeneration, education, commercial, residential and many more exciting projects!

ROLE

As a Associate Director, you will be responsible for delivering exciting projects, from inception to completion, with technical hands-on and quality led approach throughout the project life cycle.

The Associate Director Project Management services you will provide include:

  • Pre-construction
  • Programme management
  • Client-side project management
  • Contract administration
  • Risk management
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Post contract management

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Associate Director you will have to:

  • Be fee earning, for key commissions and/or programmes, with particular involvement setting up people, processes and systems for success
  • Lead client commissions with multi-disciplinary teams, act as a brand ambassador and deepen our knowledge capability and skills
  • As Associate Director, you will also be responsible for developing and delivering on a business plan for significant annual growth

PERSON

The ideal Associate Director will have:

  • Degree within Construction, Real Estate or Project Management essential
  • Established network with the industry
  • Technical thinking individual with hand on approach
  • Experience with projects within Real Estate and/or built environment
  • Professional membership desirable but not essential
  • Experience within MEP and/or CSA are desirable but not essential
  • Experienced within Pre and Post Project Management
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
