Aftercare Manager

OVERVIEW

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded construction contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Aftercare Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, working with both public and private sector clients.

  • Ensuring all remedial works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Working with project teams to ensure lessons learned are captured and implemented on future projects
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive service delivery

PERSON

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, or similar role within construction
  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction and finishing trades
  • Experience working on education, healthcare, or commercial construction projects

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple issues across different sites
  • Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, or similar would be advantageous
