360 Machine Driver

We’re working with an established construction contractor delivering a range of residential and commercial projects in London. As site activity increases, we’re seeking a skilled 360 Machine Driver to support day-to-day site operations and ensure materials are moved safety and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience 360 Machine Driver to join professional site teams and contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects across London.

As a 360 Machine Driver, your responsibilities include:

• Operate a 360 excavator (above and/or below 10 tonnes) in a safe and competent manner
• Carry out excavation, grading, trenching, and lifting operations as required
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery
• Follow site plans, instructions, and health & safety regulations at all times
• Work closely with site managers, groundworkers, and other team members
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
• Report any defects, hazards, or issues promptly

To be successful in this 360 Machine Driver job in London, you will need:

• Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS card ideally with Lifting Ops
• Proven experience operating a 360 excavator on construction sites
• Good understanding of site safety procedures and regulations (including UK HSE standards)
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans (desirable)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Own transport preferred (depending on site location)

Desirable qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundwork or civil engineering projects
• First Aid or additional site safety certifications
