Our commitment to community support remains unwavering. In May, Nicole and Olivia  represented Atkins Search and joined Pick Everard at the Annual SwitchUp Charity Ball. This inspirational event raised an astounding £85,000 to help SwitchUp Charity in its mission to transform lives through mentoring and positive engagement. Supporting social impact initiatives is at the heart of our recruitment values. 

Promoting Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace 

We proudly observed Mental Health Awareness Month by turning our office green (literally and metaphorically). Our team dressed in green clothing, shared a ‘green fuddle’, and took part in a reflective group walk to support staff wellbeing. At Atkins Search we make this a priority by having wellbeing walks every few weeks, run ongoing wellbeing initiatives like mental fitness training, self-reflection sessions and encourage an open-door environment where it’s okay to show up exactly as you are without pressure. A space where people can just be themselves. 

Celebrating Diversity: Engagement with Notts Pride 

Jess attended a dynamic business networking mixer hosted by Notts Pride, a leading LGBTQ+ charity in the East Midlands. As advocates for diversity and inclusion in recruitment, we were proud to connect with local businesses and celebrate the importance of LGBTQ+ voices in the workplace. 

Shaping the Future at UKREiiF 2025 

Our team was honoured to attend UKREiiF 2025, the UK’s largest forum for the built environment sector. Across two impactful days in Leeds, our consultants co-hosted networking lunches and breakfast with Stepnell and Selcon LTD, fostering relationships with forward-thinking professionals. These moments reaffirmed our specialised expertise and commitment to recruitment in the built environment. 

Building Industry Connections Through Sport 

Laura was kindly invited to England vs Zimbabwe with Cartwright Communications at Trent Bridge. Laura had a brilliant time watching the Test Match, with England coming on top after declaring on 565-6, bowling Zimbabwe out for 265 and taking two late wickets!
