Josh's 1 Year Anniversary
We are celebrating Josh’s 1 year anniversary with Atkins Search!
Josh joined Atkins Search in January 2023 to work alongside Laura in our Consultancy division, specialising in placing Construction professionals into reputable Consultancies across the East and West Midlands.
We asked Josh for his thoughts on the past year working with Atkins Search, here’s what he had to say:
“My first year at Atkins Search has flown by! I’m so glad I made the jump into recruitment and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
When I joined Atkins Search in January 2023, I was looking for a business where I am in control of my future and at Atkins Search, you are certainly in the driving seat. With support from everyone in the team, it is a business where anyone can succeed, with the right mindset. I enjoy the balance we have whether it may be the monthly sporting social events (Battle of the Barry’s) to trips to Dublin to charity events we take part in some tougher than others (Yorkshire Three Peaks!), regardless we give it a good go and have fun doing it.
Fast forward to January 2024 having worked alongside Laura and Olivia within the Consultancy team, I specialise in placing Project Managers, Cost Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Building Surveyors into reputable Consultancies within Birmingham and West Midlands area.
I really enjoy building new relationships with construction professionals as well as servicing and expanding our well-established client base.
The past 12 months has been an exciting challenge, I’m looking forward to what this year has in store for all of us and can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!”
