Chris' 3 Year Anniversary

Atkins Search are celebrating our Associate Director Chris’ 3 year work anniversary!

Chris runs our freelance team and is a brilliant character to have in our office, always on hand to help and never fails to provide that next level service to all our clients and candidates.

Here’s what Chris had to say about the past 3 years with Atkins Search:

“Since joining the Atkins Search family 3 years ago, change and improvement have been common themes, whether it’s me specifically, the business or the people within it. Our origin story is a great one, from humble beginnings in an uncertain world to a business filled with like-minded people working towards a common goal.

My third year at Atkins brought new and fantastic opportunities including the commencement of a freelance offering across the Midlands and beyond. In January 2023, with bags of enthusiasm, the backing of the Atkins Search and several clients offering their support, we began the journey to establish Atkins Search Freelance. Since then, we have engaged with clients new and old, on short and long term projects with great success and we are hugely grateful for the opportunities that have been presented to us and appreciate the support we have received.

The business continues to grow with new hires, promotions and new sectors. I experienced a promotion in March of 2023, achieving a huge milestone in my professional career by being made an Associate Director. The gratitude and appreciation I felt and continue to feel towards Antony is unprecedented.

I look forward to another successful 12 months with Atkins Search, continuing to grow the freelance offering, working with new clients, and hiring new consultants. Thank you to all at Atkins Search for another positive and successful 12 months!”
