Atkins Search are celebrating Jess’s 1-year work anniversary! 

Over the past year, Jess has made a fantastic impact as our Marketing Executive, driving brand growth and engagement across social media, email campaigns, website content and events. 

Since joining in 2024, Jess has progressed from Graduate to Marketing Executive, elevating our marketing strategy, strengthened our online presence and played a key role in supporting the wider business across Construction, Consultancy and Engineering. Jess has launched new campaigns and refreshed our brand identity, ultimately improving our candidate and client experience. 

It’s been brilliant to see Jess develop her expertise and become such an integral part of the team in just 12 months. 

Jess has taken a moment to reflect on her first year at Atkins Search – 

“I can’t believe it’s been a year already since I joined as a Graduate! Joining Atkins Search has been such a rewarding experience, and being able to apply theory I learnt at university into real-world application has been invaluable. Having the chance to make this role my own and shape my marketing experience has been an amazing opportunity to develop skills and gain a better understanding of the everchanging world of digital marketing.   I do think one of the best parts of my role has been seeing my marketing activity directly support the success of the business through generating quality leads. 

The culture here has made all the difference too, I’ve felt supported and encouraged to bring new ideas since the beginning. The company has given me the opportunity to really grow both personally and professionally. One of my proudest moments so far was being named Monthly Valued Player and being promoted, which meant a lot so early in my career. The entire Atkins Search team have been fabulous, and everyone has been very receptive to the work I’ve done. It’s been great to collaborate across all teams and I’m so grateful for the support, and trust from everyone to help me reach this point. 

I’m really proud of what we’ve achieved in my first year and can’t wait to see how we continue to grow and evolve as a brand.”
