Pre Construction Director – Stepnell

Atkins Search were approached by Stepnell Construction to recruit a Pre Construction Manager to support the ongoing growth of their East Midlands business.

We were briefed on the details of the role and the critical nature of the appointment for the business, as this would be integral to the next stage of the business’s growth phase.

We utilised our extensive network to identify 3 suitable candidates for the role. We met with each candidate to explain the details of the role and the opportunity that lay ahead of them, and all interviewed well for the position.
