Riley Plastow

Riley started his career as a waiter where he gained good customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. This role strengthened Riley’s ability to manage several tasks at once as well as communicate effectively and deliver excellent customer service.

Riley has recently finished university at the University Camus of Football Business studying Sports Management where he was able to learn and develop strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills, as well as a passion to support others and built relationships.

In 2026, we were excited to welcome Riley to the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, working closely with Mayur Ghedia in our London office. Riley’s focused on gaining valuable experience within the Construction and Built Environment, focusing on freelance, temporary and contract solutions across the UK.  

Riley brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for working with people. His past experiences have helped Riley develop the confidence and interpersonal skills needed to build meaningful connections across the industry.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys staying active by playing football and golf with his friends. Riley is also a lifetime Nottingham Forest fan. Thanks to his family, he had no choice!
