Neesha is an experienced end-to-end recruiter with excellent business insight, both commercially and strategically. She has proven experience in implementing world-class talent strategies and the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert of niche hard-to-fill areas and new business areas, who, through professional, efficient, and pragmatic engagement with business leaders and complex matrixes, drives recruiting design and recruitment plans.

Neesha has over 20 years’ experience in Recruitment working both in internal and external roles, since moving to the Nottingham area. A passionate and driven Geomatics and Consultancy Specialist with a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services to diverse and dynamic sectors, with a great network working with Land, Topographic, Engineering, Monitoring and Utility Surveyors into permanent appointments within the Midlands.

Prior to her Geomatics specialism, Neesha provided recruitment services within Built Environment providing white collar personnel to the Civil Engineering & Infrastructure industry on a UK National basis to businesses such as Atkins, Jacobs, Mott MacDonald and RSK Limited.

Neesha’s key skills include stakeholder management, client consulting, employer engagement, candidate searching and project management.

Outside of her work, Neesha enjoys time with her family (which is a full-time job in itself!), going for long walks at National Trust parks within the Midlands and loves competing in team sports of any kind.
