Marketing Executive

With a BSc (Hons) Business Management and Marketing from University of Birmingham, Jessica also completed a year in industry at TPP and gained valuable experience in digital, traditional, and inbound / outbound marketing for the clinical software sector. Once she graduated from University, Loughborough College offered her a part-time job where she worked alongside the Head of Marketing, putting her academic skills into practice. 

After a graduate position opened at Atkins Search, Jessica saw this as an opportunity to further her career in an industry she had a lot of interest in. Jessica joined Atkins Search in 2024 as the business’ first Graduate Marketing Executive, a new role filled with plenty opportunities.

In 2025, Jessica got promoted to Marketing Executive, using a wide range of marketing tactics to attract, engage and hire top talent, while positioning Atkins Search as market leaders, sector focused and specialist recruiters with an enviable reputation for doing the right thing. Jess leads on marketing strategy at Atkins Search, managing a multi-channel approach that brings together email marketing, SEO, content creation and brand development. This involves creating SEO-driven content that boosts visibility across key locations and sectors, and ensuring all activity ties back to wider brand positioning. Jess focuses on strategically aligning with search intent and audience needs, blending creativity with data-led decision-making to drive smarter recruitment marketing.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys keeping healthy by playing tennis and going on long walks in the fresh air with her dog. Jessica also loves her music, having achieved grade 8 in the Flute and Piano and now loves playing those instruments as a form of relaxation. She is also a keen traveller since she spent half a year travelling around South-East Asia and loves undertaking new experiences and exploring new places. She is a massive Harry Styles fan with her claim to fame being that Harry Styles noticed her at a concert and sang Happy Birthday to her!
