Aleksandra Walczak

Aleksandra began her career at Tesco as a Customer Service Assistant where she worked her way up to Team Leader whilst studying at Nottingham Trent university for a degree in Business, where she graduated in 2022. After University she moved to London and started a role in Property Management at Black Kats, as a Property Manager, successfully managing over 200 properties in North London.

Aleksandra moved back to Nottingham in 2023 where she started her career in Recruitment at Express Recruitment as an Assistant to Commercial Division, getting promoted shortly to Recruitment Consultant, running a successful Customer Service and Languages desk.

Aleksandra joined Atkins Search as a Recruitment Consultant in 2024, she specialises in placing Construction professionals into reputable Consultancies across the East and West Midlands including Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham etc.

Outside of work, Aleksandra enjoys spending time with family as much as possible. Likes to keep active, going on walks in the local area and occasionally going to the gym. Aleksandra likes to try new places whether this a restaurant or a new location to explore.
