Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer on behalf of one of our clients based in Derby. This is a great opportunity to join a leading engineering consultancy, working on a variety of structural projects.

Our client is an established engineering consultancy who have been in operation for over 45 years and built a great reputation for their services in that time. They are a regional consultancy working on local projects, but still offering variety in work for their engineers.

The company is growing and have ambitions to expand their team across their offices, giving great opportunities for professional development in the future.

As a Structural Engineer in this business, you will be joining a team of enthusiastic professionals working on a variety of exciting projects across residential and light industrial schemes.

They offer a wide range of services to their clients meaning you will be given the opportunity to work with engineers with a range of experience and specialisms, giving further opportunities to enhance your professional knowledge.

• Work closely and effectively with other teams in the business.
• Producing accurate structural calculations.
• Report writing.
• Preparing design quotes.
• Client Liaison.
• Supervising, checking and signing off work.

• Bachelors/Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Desire to become chartered or already working towards chartership.
• Able to reliably commute to the office in Warwick
• Personable and comfortable working in a dynamic team.
