Site Manager

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a market leading, specialist Construction Main Contractor based in Newport, Wales.

Please note that the successful candidate for this role will be on a fixed-term contract basis for 13 months based on a healthcare project in Newport, Wales.

My client is a specialist construction company specialising in delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, restoration, and retail across the UK.

• Day to day running of site
• Completing site inductions
• Co-ordinating and managing labour and sub sub-contractors
• Providing updates weekly
• Assisting in on site queries
• Raising RFI’s
• Identifying changes and reporting immediately to PM

• Hold a full UK driving license
• Willing to be based on site full time
• Hold a basic DBS Check or be able/willing to pass one (not essential)
• Enthusiastic
• Motivated and Driven
• Have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Ideally have experience within a Construction Main Contractor
• Hold experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects (healthcare projects would be highly beneficial)
