Site Manager

Overview

If you're looking to join an established construction contractor that actually cares about the quality of what it builds, then this is it. They don’t just churn out projects, everything is thoughtfully designed with sustainability, community, and attention to detail at the core. It’s a close-knit, ambitious team with a solid pipeline of projects in great locations, and they’re genuinely proud of what they deliver. If you’re someone who wants to feel invested in the work you’re doing, not just another cog in the machine, this is the place for you

Company

Our client is a reputable main contractor with a strong presence in the public and private sectors, delivering projects across care homes, industrial, commercial and social housing. They provide turnkey solutions so are a one-stop-shop for new build, refurbishment and fit out projects valued up to £10m.

The current project portfolio has been secured up to 2027 across the Midlands, Yorkshire and the North West, however, whilst the business has gained its reputation for delivering care home and commercial projects nationwide, the business is looking to bring their project portfolio closer to the head office in Mansfield and in doing so are diversifying their project base so are always on the lookout for talented individuals who have experience outside of care homes and commercial build.

What’s makes the business unique to a number of its competitors is their drive to maximise profit rather than turnover status; with increased profit, comes further investment into the business and its employees. Currently at £16m turnover on track to hit £21m next year and £30m the year after, now is a pivotal time to join the team and embark on a professional development journey.
