Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the successful delivery of major projects in the healthcare, MOJ, education, and commercial sectors. Working within an established commercial team, you’ll support Quantity Surveyors at various levels, ensuring projects adhere to budget and timeline objectives.

• Provide accurate, timely commercial reports and oversee team support to meet financial goals
• Manage subcontractors, from procurement through performance tracking
• Prepare payment applications, ensuring alignment with cash flow objectives
• Work closely with Contracts Managers and Operational Teams, conducting profit and loss reporting and analysis for Commercial Directors

• The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in Tier 1 or regional main contracting. You will operate autonomously while staying connected with the broader business, taking full commercial responsibility for projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficient in JCT and NEC contracts
• Experience in main contractor environments on major D&B projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with framework experience being an advantage
