As a Senior Quantity Surveyor working in Wakefield, your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role in Wakefield will have:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or a related field
• Chartered status (MRICS) or commitment to achieving it within two years
• Experience working for a Private Practice, Construction Consultancy, or similar organisation
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across the UK
