A brand-new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join a market-leading organisation within the construction equipment sector.

This newly created role has been introduced due to continued business growth and increasing demand across the UK. The position is ideal for a results-driven, field-based sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering technical excellence to customers across the country.

Our client is the UK arm of a globally recognised leader in high-end construction machinery, specialising

in advanced equipment used across the concrete and wider construction industries. Known for innovation, quality, and exceptional customer support, they supply cutting-edge machinery and services to a broad client base within industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.

ROLE

As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll manage your own travel schedule, work closely with internal teams, and act as a key advisor to customers on the best equipment, parts, and services to support their needs.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, converting prospects, and supporting clients across their lifecycle - from initial sale through to aftercare and refurbishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager role include:

Growing new and used mixer sales across your designated territory

Identifying new markets and opportunities to expand the customer base

Converting competitive users and championing the benefits of high-end machinery

Providing expert sales support across equipment, parts, service, and refurbishments

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Managing your own travel schedule with extensive UK field travel

PERSON

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

3+ years of successful field sales experience (preferably within construction or industrial machinery sectors)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

A self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

REMUNERATION

In return for your skills and experience, our client offers a competitive and rewarding package including:

Competitive base salary - £50,000 - £55,000 Per annum
