Our client is an award-winning Leeds based construction consultancy of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who provide a variety of Quantity Surveying services within Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Education, Commercial and many more exciting sectors.

Born out of a desire to provide a high level of customer service to their clients and work in a collaborative culture, my client have found themselves in the enviable position where the majority of their work comes through repeat business.

Role

As a construction Quantity Surveyor based in Leeds, you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting projects across both public and private sectors. Due to continued growth and business development, our client is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their Sheffield office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cost planning
  • Cost management
  • Value engineering
  • Tender management
  • Financial reporting
  • Budget management
  • Employers agent
  • Valuations

Person

To be successful in this Quantity Surveyor role in Leeds, you will bring significant experience working within a construction consultancy.

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related field.
  • Construction consultancy experience
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of cost management services
  • MRICS chartered or working towards
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Desire and motivation to succeed
