As a Project Manager in Leicester, you'll take ownership of project delivery from inception to completion, coordinating design teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure schemes meet quality, programme, and budget requirements. You'll work under NEC and JCT contracts, leading on risk management and contract administration.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage construction project delivery across commercial, residential and logistics schemes
• Lead design development and contractor procurement processes
• Oversee programme management to ensure key milestones are achieved
• Chair project meetings, driving collaboration and decision-making
• Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015
• Manage change control, cost reporting and project risk
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support senior leadership in business development activities

To be successful in this Project Manager job in Nottingham, you will bring strong construction or consultancy experience with proven project delivery capability.

• Experience as a Project Manager within construction or consultancy environments
• Background in consultancy or main contracting delivery preferred
• Strong organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and quality assurance processes
• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline desirable
• PRINCE2, APM or similar project management certification advantageous
