Role
As a Project Manager working for a Birmingham‑based Construction Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of sectors including infrastructure, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed‑use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare and more.
This Project Manager position will allow you to play a key role in delivering impactful results while working across an exciting mix of construction projects.
Responsibilities
For the Project Manager role based in Birmingham, you will undertake a variety of day‑to‑day project management duties, with the expectation of expanding your skillset and knowledge as you progress within the consultancy:
- Pre‑construction
- Programme management
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager with daily project tasks
- Managing your own assigned projects
- Contract administration
- Risk management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Post‑contract management
Person
The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role in Birmingham must be able to demonstrate solid understanding and hands‑on experience in delivering construction projects, having independently managed schemes with minimal supervision.
- Hold a construction‑related degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Proactive approach to achieving outcomes
- Positive, solutions‑focused attitude
- MRICS qualified or working towards
- NEC & JCT contract experience
Remuneration
