Role
As a Project Manager employed by a Leeds based Construction Consultancy, you will have the option to work across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare, etc.
This role will offer you the opportunity to become an integral part of a highly reputable construction consultancy, creating positive impacts whilst operating across a wide variety of exciting projects.
Responsibilities
For the Project Manager job based in Leeds, you will be required to carry out a variety of general day-to-day project management responsibilities with the expectation to broaden out your skill set and knowledge as you grow with the construction consultancy.

Person
The suitable candidate for the Project Manager job in Leeds must be able to demonstrate clear understanding and experience of construction project delivery, having managed and delivered own projects with minimal supervision.
- Hold a construction related degree
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage relationship effectively
- Proactive approach to achieving results
- Have a positive “can do” attitude
- MRICS qualified or working towards
- NEC & JCT Contract experience
Remuneration
