Role
As a Project Manager employed by a Sheffield based Construction Consultancy, you will have the option to work across a variety of sectors, including residential, retail, education, leisure, commercial, healthcare, etc.
This role will offer you the opportunity to become an integral part of a highly reputable construction consultancy, creating positive impacts whilst operating across a wide variety of exciting projects.
Responsibilities
For the Project Manager job based in Sheffield, you will be required to carry out a variety of general day-to-day project management responsibilities with the expectation to broaden out your skill set and knowledge as you grow with the construction consultancy:
- Project criteria management
- Pre-construction
- Programme management
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day activities
- Contract administration
- Risk management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Post contract management
- Client meetings
Person
The ideal Project Manager based in Sheffield must be able to portray the following:
- Hold a construction related degree
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage relationship effectively
- Proactive approach to achieving results
- Have a positive “can do” attitude
- MRICS or APM qualified or working towards
- NEC & JCT Contract experience ideally

- A highly competitive salary £35,000 - £50,000 (negotiable, depending on experience)
