As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer in Nottingham, you'll lead the design and delivery of electrical systems across a variety of building projects. • Stay current with emerging technologies, sustainable design practices and industry advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement in electrical engineering methodologies.

To be successful in this Senior Electrical Design Engineer role in Nottingham, you will bring:

• Minimum HNC qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (degree preferred).
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical services drawings (essential).
• Experience with Revit MEP (preferred), or willingness to develop BIM skills.
• Proven experience delivering detailed electrical design at RIBA Stage 4 and beyond.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical design engineering within the building services consultancy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical design principles, BS 7671 wiring regulations, building regulations and applicable industry standards.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, Revit and electrical calculation tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
• Full UK driving licence beneficial for site visits across Nottinghamshire and the Midlands.
