Director of Project Management

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Director of Project Management to join a market leading Construction Consultancy based in Leicester.

My client provides a variety of Project Management and Cost Management services to national, blue chip clients and developers across all built environment and infrastructure sectors.

As a Construction Consultancy, they provide multi-disciplinary Project Management and Cost Management services to national blue chip clients and developers across the property, construction, infrastructure and civil engineering sectors.

As Director of Project Manager, you will play an integral part within the Project Management team. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects as Client Lead, mentoring and leading the team as well as generating new business and work winning opportunities for the business.

As Director of Project Management, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Supporting Directors in delivering business plan objectives
• Deliver an unrivalled level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships
• Manage large, complex projects and/or programmes on time and on budget, acting as Client Lead
• Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager
• Mentoring and coaching the internal Project Management team to evolve and develop the existing team
• Any adhoc duties as required
