As a Building Surveyor based in Manchester, your role will include:

• Support senior surveyors in delivering professional building surveying services
• Supporting senior surveyors with the delivery of building surveying services 
• Leading smaller-scale projects independently 
• Coordinating with in-house multi-disciplinary design teams 
• Providing technical reviews and quality control 
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships 
• Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and standards are met 

To be successful in this Building Surveyor job in Manchester, you will bring:

• 1-4 years’ experience working in a building surveying consultancy environment within similar sectors
• A Building Surveying degree or equivalent qualification
• MRICS chartership (preferred but not essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of building surveying practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to produce clear technical reports
• A proactive and professional approach
• Ability to produce clear, high-quality reports with logical recommendations
