As a Building Surveyor based in Leeds, your responsibilities will include:

• Support senior team members in project delivery from inception to completion
• Lead building surveying services and coordinate in-house multi-disciplinary design teams
• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure service quality standards
• Apply technical expertise across varied construction projects
• Operate proactively across both project and professional led services

To be successful in this Building Surveyor job in Leeds you will need to bring experience working within a construction consultancy environment:

• 3+ years of relevant building surveying experience within a construction consultancy environment
• A building surveying degree or equivalent qualification
• Progress toward MRICS Chartership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• A proactive, positive attitude with confidence communicating at all levels
• Strong organisational skills managing workloads with appropriate supervision
• Technical building surveying knowledge across multiple disciplines
• Analytical thinking with the ability to produce thorough, professional reports
