Building Surveyor

Atkins Search are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join a highly reputable and successful multi-disciplined Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham.

You will have the option to work across a variety of sectors across the Midlands, including healthcare, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, commercial, etc.

This Building Surveyor role offers the option to work across a variety of sectors across the Midlands, including healthcare, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, commercial, heritage and conservation.

You will have wide ranging responsibilities as a Building Surveyor, including condition surveys, preparing schedule of works, specifications, project management, contract administration, and much more!

Construction related Degree in Building Surveying, Project Management, etc

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in professional Building Surveying or Project Management

Positive, can do attitude

Able to work autonomously and also within a team

Proficient user of AutoCAD and Microsoft packages

Full UK driving licence

As a Building Surveyor, you will receive a highly competitive salary (depending on your level of experience) along with fantastic benefits including;
