Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor

Known for its modern approach, collaborative culture, and strong client relationships, our client is continuing to grow its MEP offering and is now seeking an Associate-level MEP Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in that journey.

As an Associate MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role in delivering MEP cost management services across multiple projects. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and contributing to the strategic development of the MEP function within the business.

This is a senior position suited to someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware, with the confidence to lead projects and support business growth.

• Lead MEP cost management on a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and project teams
• Manage procurement processes and contract administration
• Monitor project costs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the MEP offering

• Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or contractor environment
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects across relevant sectors
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience managing clients and leading project teams
• Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to contribute to a growing business

• Salary up to £85,000 (depending on experience)
