Role
As an Associate Director of Quantity Surveying in Milton Keynes, you'll lead cost management delivery on complex construction schemes, managing teams and client relationships whilst maintaining the highest professional standards. You'll work across NEC, JCT and bespoke contract forms, providing expert cost planning, procurement advice and contract administration throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities
As Associate Director of Quantity Surveying, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead cost management and quantity surveying services across logistics, commercial and mixed-use projects
- Manage and mentor quantity surveying teams
- Oversee cost planning and procurement strategies for high-value schemes
- Chair client meetings and provide strategic cost advice
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards
- Maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
Person
To be successful in this Associate Director Quantity Surveying role in Milton Keynes, you will bring substantial post-qualification experience in a consultancy or main contracting environment.
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or cost management role
- RICS-accredited (MRICS or FRICS) with demonstrable CPD commitment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing junior staff
- Excellent client-facing abilities and stakeholder management expertise
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Construction Economics
- Experience across multiple sectors
Remuneration

- Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)
