This Associate Director Project Manager role in Birmingham offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of large-scale healthcare projects and programmes across the Midlands, while playing a key role in driving business growth. As an Associate Director Project Manager based in Birmingham, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the successful delivery of large-scale healthcare projects and programmes
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth

• Leading or supporting bids, tenders, and new business opportunities

• Overseeing commercial, contract, risk, and programme management activities

To be successful as an Associate Director Project Manager in Birmingham, you will align with our requirements and bring:

• Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Healthcare or public sector environment experience is essential.
• NEC Accreditation would be beneficial.
• Extensive experience in project management within a consultancy or client-side environment, with a proven track record of leading major projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in business development and client management across the West Midlands market.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and construction procurement processes.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of a full project life cycle with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence for site visits across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
