Role
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work within a wide variety of sectors including residential, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, community, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, etc.
Responsibilities
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in providing Cost Management services from inception to completion
- Cost planning
- Cost management
- Value engineering
- Tender management
- Financial reporting
- Budget management
- Employers agent
- Valuations
Person
To be successful in application for this role, the ideal candidate will hold a degree level qualification related to construction, have experience working within a consultancy, ideally 1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience, have excellent communication skills.
