Role
As an Assistant Project Manager in Nottingham, you'll support project delivery from inception to completion, coordinating design teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure schemes meet quality and budget requirements. You'll work under NEC and JCT contracts, assisting with risk management and contract administration.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support construction project delivery across commercial, residential and logistics schemes
- Assist in coordinating design development and contractor procurement processes
- Help monitor programme management to ensure milestones are achieved
- Attend and support project meetings, contributing to collaborative solutions
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015
- Assist with change control, cost reporting and risk management
- Support senior project leads in business development
Person
To be successful in this Assistant Project Manager job in Nottingham, you will bring relevant construction or consultancy experience with strong project coordination skills.
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role in construction
- Background in consultancy or main contracting delivery preferred
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of construction contracts and quality assurance processes
- Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline desirable
- PRINCE2, APM or similar project management certification advantageous
