As an Assistant Project Manager in Birmingham, you will support senior team members in overseeing exciting real estate projects, taking a hands‑on role throughout the full project life cycle from initial concept through to completion and assisting with the management of key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Project Manager in Birmingham working for an award‑winning Construction Consultancy, you will collaborate closely with senior colleagues and be expected to deliver and demonstrate a wide range of project management competencies:
- Support full project delivery from start to finish
- Assist in the procurement process
- Provide comprehensive project support
- Attend client meetings
- Produce reports
- Support cost and budget management
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
Person
The ideal Assistant Project Manager in Birmingham will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience within the construction industry, ideally gained in a consultancy environment
- A degree in a construction‑related discipline
- Strong communication skills
- A self‑motivated approach and willingness to take on challenges
- Drive and ambition to succeed
- Competence in Microsoft Project and Excel
