Role

You will be given the opportunity to operate across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential, sports & leisure, hotels and many more. You will become an integral part of a highly reputable construction consultancy in your collaborative operation.

Responsibilities

Becoming an Assistant Project Manager, our client will require you to undertake certain responsibilities in your role. These responsibilities include:

  • Support with the implementation and management of projects
  • Involvement with smaller projects including development and installs
  • Ensure projects are completed in given time periods
  • Manage and update project programmes
  • Generate technical queries and identity any supplier or manufacturing issues
  • Managing relationships with internal and external clients
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of projects
  • Support the coordination and management of projects

Person

The ideal Assistant Project Manager candidate will be successful if they:

  • Hold a degree level qualification or equivalent related to construction
  • Have experience working within a consultancy
  • Around 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive approach
