Role

The successful Administrator will support the wider business with essential administrative duties, ensuring the accurate and timely flow of information across departments. Working closely with supply chain, customer service, sales, and finance teams, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured yet varied role within a forward-thinking organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and being a key part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Supporting order processing and maintaining accurate system records
  • Coordinating internal communication between departments and with external suppliers
  • Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and the preparation of documentation
  • Handling incoming communications including emails and calls professionally and efficiently

Person

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a construction environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and business management systems
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team
