Over the past 6 years we have established ourselves as being one of the East Midlands leading Recruitment Consultancies, focused on placing permanent candidates in to the Construction, Consultancy and Residential sectors. The permanent recruitment sector has been our focus during this time, but due to the ongoing demand from our client base, it’s now time to develop our freelance offering and we need a professional, highly motivated individual to lead this function for our business.
So what’s the role – We currently turn down freelance and FTC opportunities from our clients because we don’t have the capacity in our business to deliver this to the standard they would expect. So we want to bring in to the team a specialist who can grasp this opportunity and maximise its potential, whilst also building a team to support you. We don’t want you to plough a lone furrow, we want this to become a team of 2 to 3 within the initial 12 months of your time with the business. We will be focusing our efforts on the management level appointments, not blue collar, as it doesn’t fit our business profile and we don’t want you dreading coming to work because a labourer is going to let you down. We want you to enjoy working for us, so we will be selective in the level in which we want you to operate.
Who would be right for the opportunity – Senior Manager or Consultant – we are flexible on level, although the role will be very hands on to start. You are going to need to have a background in temporary recruitment, although it doesn’t need to be in our current sectors as we can train the specifics. Ideally someone who wants to grasp the opportunity to become an integral part of our senior management team. Reporting directly to our Managing Director, we want you to want to come on board with your career in mind, not just finding the next job. We aren’t looking for a short term fix – if you get this right there is every opportunity you can become an integral part of the business, which will create equity options for you.
