​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work within a wide variety of sectors including; residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, etc.

 

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • ​Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices

  • Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion

  • Cost planning

  • Cost management

  • Value engineering

  • Tender management

  • Financial reporting

  • Budget management

  • Employers agent

  • Valuations
