Senior Estimator

​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a specialist sub-contractor based in Leicester.

Our Client

Our client is a successful sub-contractor who specialise in roads, sewers and ground works on behalf of leading residential developers across the Midlands.

The Role

The role would be working as a Senior Estimator, to join their commercial team and are looking for someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic and determined to join their business.

​As a Senior Estimator you will be responsible for:

·         Initial appraisals of tender opportunities

·         Costing roads, sewers and ground works for residential developments

·         Produce breakdowns of cost for the project

·         Identify potential risks

·         Produce a timely submission of quotation and tenders

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of a Senior Estimator:

·         Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Have experience working as an Estimator for either commercial or residential developments

·         Be numerate with good attention to detail, interpret and present data

·         Be methodical and organised
