We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for this fabulous residential developer to assist in day to day running and performance of existing sites.
Ideally you will come from a residential or construction background but most importantly have an experience in Sales Management and a hands on approach.
Within the position of Sales Manager you will be responsible for;
Ensuring sales are negotiated to achieve maximum price while empowering the team with relevant information
Close monitoring the progress of existing sales and part exchange to ensure the achievement of target exchanges and legal completions, ensuring sales advisors, IFA and solicitor are aware of monthly completions
Managing teams to help achieve agreed monthly KPI’s
Communicating new incentives while ensuring all schemes are used correctly and relevant paperwork completed
Ensuring sites are presented to the highest standards, including site signage, sales area, show homes, and stock properties.
Researching and having knowledge of local competitors; both new build and second hand
Working closely with Sales Director and having weekly reports
