​This is the perfect position for an experienced property professional who will be managing a stunning development located in the picturesque town of Formby. The development is a mixture of sales and lettings and therefore we are looking to speak to passionate property professionals who have excellent experience of sales, lettings or property management.

 

Who you’ll be working for?

You’ll be joining a dedicated Sales Team with over 20 years’ experience.

 Our client strives to be different from the rest, and offer homes to suit all customers from first time buyers, family home purchases or those looking to downsize.

 

What you'll be doing?

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be helping customers find their dream home and ensuring that an excellent and quality customer service is maintained through the sales journey.

To be successful, you would need to be able to demonstrate brilliant interpersonal skills which in turn, will help you to naturally build relationships with customers and will equip you better to understand their needs and requirements. These would need to include listening skills, questioning skills, empathy, problem solving, solution focuses, product demonstrations and closing skills.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will report to a Sales Manager and you’ll be responsible for…

  • Managing the sales office for the development

  • Handling sales enquiries and leads

  • Meeting with prospective buyers/tenants – spending time with them to show them around the development and answering their questions

  • Successfully marketing the development – candidates should be confident using social media including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

  • Maintaining property websites including Rightmove to maximise the traction of the development

  • Taking reservations from buyers off plan

  • Preparing contractual paperwork for buyers/tenants

  • Handling deposits

  • Updating buyers throughout the sales process providing them with regular updates

  • Liaising with solicitors to ensure the properties exchange and complete smoothly

  • Managing the after sales process including after sales enquiries and snagging

  • Reporting into management – this will include preparing weekly sales figures

We are looking to speak to candidates who have a passion for property, are self-motivated, professional, pro-active and thrive working to sales targets.

We are looking to speak to dynamic individuals who have a genuine interest in property. We welcome applications from candidates that have experience working for a new build development, estate or lettings agency or property management company.

Marketing of the properties will form a large part of this role, it is therefore essential that candidates are confident using social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns and engaging with prospective buyers/tenants using social media/online platforms.
