Quantity Surveyor

​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable and award winning Construction Consultancy based in Derby, with flexible hybrid working available.

The office is easily commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester or Staffordshire however, flexible hybrid working is also available for those where travelling is a contradicting factor.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing Cost Management services to a variety of exciting construction, infrastructure and highways schemes across the Midlands. Your day to day responsibilities can include (but not limited to):

• Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion, with support and guidance where necessary

• Cost planning

• Value engineering

• Tender management

• Financial reporting

• Budget management

• Employers agent

• Valuations
