Atkins Search are proud to be working with well-established residential developer based in the heart of the East-Midlands. We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager, this person will need to be extremely organised and pay attention to detail.


Working in a busy office environment you will also be needed out on site to help things run smoothly. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for;


·         Overseeing the general day to day operations of the support team

·         Collating management reports

·         Ensuring compliance across the office

·         Initiating and participating in operational, compliance and administrative support meetings

·         Introducing and updating regulatory requirements

·         Managing key projects

·         Leading and coaching members of the support team

·         Office & facilities management

·         Office & site H&S (RAMs etc).

·         Printer/scanner organisation.

·         Stationery ordering.

·         Office food and drink supplies.

·         Unlocking and locking up.

·         Bin collection.

·         Phone answering.

·         Fire and security alarm test, checks, and system management.

·         Boiler and lighting servicing.

·         Covid 19 Checks

·         First aid and fire marshalling

·         Land Declarations
