Atkins Search are actively recruiting for a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor to join a highly reputable and successful Construction Consultancy based in Leeds.
The role would involve you working on a variety of interesting projects across a variety of sectors, including public realm, education, residential, retail, and many more. Your responsibilities would include project work, general condition surveys, professional building surveying, dilapidations, design, party wall, and pre-acquisition surveys. You will be also be involved in client development, financial forecasting, and growth.

As a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor, some of your responsibilities would include:
Supporting with hands-on delivery of building surveying services
Pre-acquisition surveys
Building condition surveys, including building services
Defect diagnosis & solution
Access audits
Aerial surveys
Leading projects
Client management and development
Technical reviews to manage the quality of services
Desirable but not essential experience and skills:
RICS, MRICS or APC (or working towards)
Consultancy experience
Technical building surveying background
Experience of autonomously delivering projects
Ability to manage own workload
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
An analytical mind
