​Here at Atkins Search, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a family-run developer based in Lincolnshire.


The Client:

Our client is a friendly, dedicated, and experienced team who work together to deliver quality new homes for their valued customers. They’ve been established for over 30 years and enjoy a reputation for building well designed quality new homes.


The Role:

Customer Care starts with ensuring that the construction process has quality and finish at its heart. This is a supporting role, working closely with the Customer Care Manager and Construction Team.


The main function of this role is to ensure that all of their customers receive excellent after sale care, working with the Customer Care Manager, in-house Customer Care Operatives and external contractors to ensure that any repairs are carried out swiftly and to the customers’ satisfaction.


Through your role, you will meet and maintain quality assurance standards, contribute towards customer satisfaction targets, and assist in all post-occupation customer-related issues through to completion.


You will be expected to:

  • Assist the Customer Care Manager on the day-to-day management of the Customer Care department

  • Take calls from valued purchasers and dealing with queries and reported items

  • Record Customer Care activity for on-going analysis

  • Help manage follow up calls with customer and contractors

  • Assist the Customer Care Manager to ensure all Customer Care works are completed within specified timescales
