Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable and award winning Construction Consultancy based in Central Nottingham, with hybrid working available if required.

My client are a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who provide a variety of Cost Management services within Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Education, Commercial and many more exciting sectors. As Associate Director Quantity Surveying, your responsibilities will be wide and varied, to include the day to day operational and project tasks with strategic input as required.

As Associate Director Quantity Surveying you will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion in a lead capacity

  • Providing leadership and mentoring members of staff including juniors and apprentices

  • Client facing to develop new business and maintain existing relationships

  • Providing services such as cost estimates, cost planning, tendering, bills of quantities, final accounts, post contract duties, value engineering, fund monitoring and business cases etc
