Atkins Search are proud to be working in partnership with a market leading Construction Consultancy to recruit an experienced Associate Director to join their Project Management division based in Derby with flexible hybrid working available.
This role will be operating as Associate Director within the Infrastructure team where you will be responsible for leading the delivery of major infrastructure and highways schemes across the Midlands, ranging in value from £5m – circa £100m. You will also be involved in mentoring the internal project management team.
The ideal candidate:
5 years + experience of delivering major infrastructure projects (highways, rail, utilities)
Experience of managing large design teams on major projects
Experience of contract management and programme management
Experience of pre-contract planning process
Experience of contractor procurement process
Strong client facing skills
