​​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in Sheffield to deliver prestigious projects on a national basis. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work within a wide variety of sectors including; residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, automotive, aviation, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, etc.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in projects from inception to completion, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in providing Cost Management services from inception to completion

  • Cost planning

  • Cost management

  • Value engineering

  • Tender management

  • Financial reporting

  • Budget management

  • Employers agent

  • Valuations
