Role

To provide administrative and recruitment support across the Atkins Search business, either as part of a team or individually. You will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.

The role will involve both written and oral communication, with a requirement to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Administration

o   Answer telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner

o   Collate and manage timesheets, placement compliance, documentation and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information

o   Resource suitable candidates for client requirements across a number of channels including phone calls, emails and social media

o   Create and maintain filing and other office systems

o   Interact with team members and carry out any additional requests

o   Manage the website and social media profiles

o   Maintain accurate records for employee holiday requests

o   Manage the website and social media profiles

o   Manage outgoing post

o   Order and maintain stationery and equipment

o   Maintains a positive and friendly company image

o   GDPR Compliance

Required
